About FelixTS

FelixTS GmbH is a Berlin-based company active in international trade and technical project consulting.
Our company
Founded in Berlin in 2016, FelixTS brings together commercial coordination, technical understanding and international perspective. Our activities focus on selected import and export projects as well as consulting for IT, infrastructure, solar-energy and HVAC initiatives.
We work with clients and specialist partners across borders. Every enquiry begins with a clear review of objectives, technical specifications, responsibilities and the required implementation framework.
International trade
Our product focus comprises sugar, sulphur, railway rails and related track materials, and zeolite. We evaluate enquiries individually. Product specifications, quantities, destination, delivery terms, required documentation and applicable legal requirements must be clarified before a transaction can proceed.
Technical consulting
Our consulting work supports organisations in structuring and implementing technically demanding projects. Depending on the mandate, this may include requirements analysis, project organisation, stakeholder and interface coordination, schedule monitoring and support during implementation.
Our role
FelixTS acts within the specifically agreed scope of each mandate. Where specialist planning, certification, customs handling or other regulated expertise is required, qualified external professionals and authorised service providers are involved as appropriate.
